The name Sadanga was derived from the English word \"sad\"
(lonely) and its local meaning \"Sanga\" which was put together by an American visitor to the place (Sad-Sanga). Some of the
younger generations pronounce the name of Sad-sanga but the spelling remain as Sadanga.
